Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional member service to current and prospective members who choose to conduct their financial business through the Credit Union's digital channels. The Digital Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring, and supporting the ITM Teller team to ensure consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures. This role oversees the daily operations of Interactive Teller Services while also supporting digital branch functions, including but not limited to online account opening, online loan origination, and member onboarding. The Digital Assistant Branch Manager serves as a resource for team members, assists with performance development, and helps drive member growth and engagement through digital banking solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SUPPORTING DUTIES:
  • Support the Digital Branch Platform by assisting members with online account opening, processing loan applications, identifying future lending opportunities, and providing a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding monthly core goals, proactively resolving daily operational challenges and member concerns, and demonstrating initiative by supporting both the ITM Teller and Platform functions with minimal supervision.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and support the ITM Teller team to consistently deliver exceptional member service, operational excellence, and sales results through digital channels.
  • Oversee the daily operation of Interactive Teller Services, ensuring compliance with security, member identification, fraud prevention, and operational procedures while maintaining a professional and member-focused environment.
  • Drive a strong sales and service culture by identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships, promote Credit Union products and services, and support growth in membership, deposits, and loans.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support organizational goals, participate in meetings and training activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education: A four-yar high school degree or equivalent.
Required Experience: 2 - 4 years of teller, member service, loan or related experience.
Preferred Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of credit union operations, teller functions, and loan processes and procedures.
