Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lynbrook, NY. This role is responsible for designing visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website banners, in-store signage, and marketing materials. The Graphic Designer collaborates with marketing and merchandising teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and seasonal collections. Daily tasks include creating and refining layouts, selecting typography, preparing files for production, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms. The role also involves supporting photo shoots with graphic needs, organizing design assets, and contributing ideas to enhance overall brand presentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AI powered design tools to develop and enhance graphics for our website, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Assist in creating on brand visual assets, including banners, product imagery, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that leverage the latest in AI design technology.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms and ensure designs align with our brand guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a proven ability to create visually compelling content.
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding to support and evolve a cohesive brand identity.
  • Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for layout, hierarchy, and readability.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar).
  • Portfolio demonstrating fashion, retail, or lifestyle-focused design work is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lynbrook, NY, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
