Our client is seeking a Digital Automation Lead to design and deliver low-code solutions that modernize systems, streamline operations, and support enterprise-wide technology transformation.


Who You Are

This position requires strong communication and collaboration across both technical and business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding. It demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to move quickly while maintaining governance and quality standards. The role calls for an analytical mindset, approaching challenges with curiosity and precision to solve problems effectively. It also requires the ability to design and build scalable, secure solutions while continuously improving systems and enhancing the overall user experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and build Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to improve business processes
  • Support and implement application lifecycle management practices, including environments, solutions, and deployment pipelines
  • Ensure alignment with governance, security, and data loss prevention policies
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Azure services, and external systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, and deployments
  • Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis efforts
  • Support Center of Excellence initiatives and guide citizen development for scalable and secure solutions
  • Drive adoption through training, documentation, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency
  • Travel up to 20% as needed; no supervisory responsibilities specified


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with governance and security standards
  • Strong understanding of integrations using APIs and connectors
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance, deployment, and access issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
