The Head of Next Generation Strategy and Engagement will join J.P. Morgan Private Advisory and the Family Office team. This individual will lead the vision, development, and execution of the firm’s strategy to engage and serve next generation clients and family members across the Global Private Bank. In this capacity, the role will help shape the long-term strategic agenda for next gen engagement - including the development of differentiated solutions and services, client engagement and education programs, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the private bank-wide strategy for next generation client engagement across the private bank ecosystem, aligned to the firm’s broader priorities.
  • Build and lead cross-functional advisory council within the Private Bank (bankers, investors, subject matter experts, and key partners across lending/mortgage, sustainable investing, OCIO, marketing, digital, product, trust & estate, family office, and other groups) to coordinate existing efforts, identify gaps, and scale next gen initiatives and offerings.
  • Identify emerging trends shaping next gen client priorities and advise senior leadership on evolving expectations and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and drive a multi-year roadmap for next gen capabilities, experiences, and client solutions.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of differentiated next gen engagement programs (e.g., "JPM Academy"), including conferences/events (EFL, 40x40, etc.), peer networking, educational forums, and curated experiences.
  • Create thematic content and financial education curriculums spanning investing fundamentals, macro and markets, planning and financial well-being, leadership, governance, and family dynamics.
  • Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver compelling programming tailored to next generation audiences.
  • Build scalable engagement models across in-person, digital, and hybrid channels.
  • Evaluate strategic partnerships and external providers (including educational institutions and experiential offerings) that enhance the next gen value proposition.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and commercial impact of next gen initiatives.
  • Design and execute the go-to-market strategy across advisors, bankers, and regional leadership, including advisor enablement tools, training, playbooks, and engagement frameworks.
  • Work with Head of Content Strategy within J.P. Morgan Private Advisory to position the firm externally as a leader serving next generation wealth holders.
  • Support strategic client opportunities and key family relationships where next gen engagement is a priority.
Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, family office, strategy, client engagement, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, wealth transfer and taxation.
  • Demonstrated experience building strategic initiatives, platforms, programs, or client offerings from concept through execution.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage credibly with clients, advisors, senior executives, and external partners.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and execution orientation.
  • Experience working with family offices, UHNW clients, or private bank advisory teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with next generation themes including investment fundamentals, entrepreneurship, governance, philanthropy, and digital engagement preferred.
  • Experience developing client events, educational programming, or curated peer communities preferred.
