Your Impact
The Analyst-Digital Engagement is responsible for outlining and participating in planning and execution processes for events and strategic enterprise priorities across the digital ecosystem. This role ensures campaign priorities and details are created and collected to share in partnership with cross-functional teams for execution. This role will track, analyze, and report on objectives and key results to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives. Based on results, the Analyst will make recommendations for adjustments to online campaign and initiatives including testing/optimization strategies.
Assigned Digital Engagement support may be within one of the following areas: Engagement Planning, Engagement Execution, Creative Production, or Site Operations.

What You Will Do
Plan or execute digital event, campaign, and promotional work of small to medium scope to support event and enterprise priorities across the digital ecosystem.
Track and document campaign and promotional timelines, action steps, and project status and provide weekly updates to leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
Create and collect digital project priorities and details to share with global teams in Marketing, Digital Production, and Digital Commerce to support a successful event, campaign, or promotion within Lowes.com.
Leverage campaign and promotional dashboards and build simple reports using data analysis platforms and customer experience management tools to interpret and communicate digital campaign performance.
Gather site analytics and benchmarks and identify key performance indicators to improve on to optimize the end-to-end online customer experience.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the campaign and promotional planning and execution processes to increase team efficiency and reduce bottlenecks, costs, and errors.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
2+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of experience in retail industry
Experience in 1 or more: Adobe Analytics, SQL, Power BI, MicroStrategy
Experience working across cross-functional teams
