Overview

The Digital Assets Product Manager is responsible for the design, development, execution, and ongoing performance of digital asset and digital custody solutions for Institutional Services clients. This role sets strategic direction for digital custody and digital assets products, partnering closely with Corporate Trust, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and external ecosystem partners to deliver secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant digital asset solutions across the enterprise.

The role requires deep collaboration across divisions and the ability to navigate complex product initiatives, sensitive client relationships, and multifaceted deal structures in a highly regulated environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the digital custody and digital asset product strategy for Institutional Services, aligning product vision, roadmap, and investment priorities to business and client needs.
  • Evaluate emerging market trends, technologies, and regulatory developments to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for institutional digital asset offerings, including stablecoins, tokenized assets, custody, wallet services, payments, and settlement solutions.
  • Lead product design, development, implementation, and ongoing optimization in partnership with Technology, Operations, and external ecosystem providers.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Trust, Product Leaders, Transaction Managers, and banking partners to deliver institutional-grade solutions and support complex client engagements.
  • Navigate sensitive client relationship matters and multifaceted deal structures with a strong understanding of trust, custody, and institutional operating models.
  • Lead integration efforts with blockchain infrastructure providers, custody platforms, trust accounting systems, core banking platforms, and payment solutions, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and institutional-grade controls.
  • Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML, custody controls, and operational risk standards, and support regulatory submissions as required.
  • Develop business cases, pricing concepts, and cost and risk models to support investment decisions and long-term product sustainability.
  • Monitor product performance, client adoption, and market feedback to drive continuous improvement, and support Sales and Relationship Management with product positioning and enablement materials.
Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

1-3+ years in fintech, payments, blockchain, or digital assets product management.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

Corporate trust product management experience.

Experience with trust accounting, custody platforms, or institutional payments.

Deep understanding of blockchain architecture.

Proven experience implementing stablecoins, tokenized assets, and digital custody use cases.
