Job description

Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a key member of EVAPCO’s Corporate HVAC Sales and Marketing team. This hands-on role creates, manages, and maintains customer-facing marketing content across digital channels, including websites, social media, email, digital advertising, online product resources, downloadable technical materials, and digital product literature.
Working closely with Product Managers, Application Engineers, Sales, global marketing teams, and external partners, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will help ensure that EVAPCO’s product information, digital presence, and marketing communications are technically accurate, visually consistent, current, and delivered on schedule.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Create, update, and maintain product brochures, technical manuals, engineering bulletins, sales literature, advertisements, presentations, and other customer-facing print and digital materials.
  • Develop and revise website content, downloadable product resources, technical documents, and other online marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and usability.
  • Work with Product Managers, Application Engineers, Sales, and other subject-matter experts to collect, organize, verify, and communicate technical product information.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and other digital platforms.
  • Establish and maintain a regular publishing schedule for digital content while ensuring messaging remains consistent with EVAPCO brand standards.
  • Collaborate with global operations to promote products, events, initiatives, and marketing campaigns across all regions.
  • Coordinate with third-party marketing, advertising, public relations, and other external partners to develop advertisements, case studies, campaigns, and other marketing content.
  • Monitor social media channels and route customer questions, comments, and inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Analyze social media, email, website, and digital advertising performance metrics, using insights to improve future content, campaigns, and channel strategies.
  • Organize, maintain, and update source files, templates, document revisions, approved assets, and the digital asset library to support version control and efficient content updates.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos of manufacturing plants, products, events, employees, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Create and edit marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, ensuring all materials align with established brand standards.
  • Review and proofread marketing materials, website updates, digital content, advertisements, and social media communications for technical accuracy, consistency, grammar, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Stay current on digital marketing technologies, social media platforms, content trends, design tools, and relevant industry developments.
  • Support additional Corporate HVAC Sales and Marketing initiatives as needed.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro; Canva experience preferred.
  • Experience creating and maintaining multi-page brochures, technical manuals, product literature, sales materials, or similar documents in Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience creating content for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to analyze digital marketing performance data and use findings to improve future content, campaigns, and channel strategy.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with subject-matter experts, internal teams, global colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, search engine optimization, or website content management systems preferred.
