POSITION SUMMARY:

Join Advanced Energy and lead the evolution of our global digital experience. As the Digital Product Owner, Web Experience & Analytics, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of customer-centric experiences across AdvancedEnergy.com.

You'll be responsible for optimizing every stage of the digital journey, from search and navigation to product discovery and conversion, ensuring our website delivers exceptional value to customers and partners. Collaborating with teams across the organization, you’ll translate business goals and customer insights into impactful digital solutions that drive engagement, growth, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize new web features and create an actionable, strategic roadmap with a well defined backlog.
  • Partner with system architect/development team to understand execution tradeoffs to determine execution feasibility of the product features and translate the features into actionable requirements.
  • Partner strategically with other product owners to translate digital strategy into executable product initiatives and releases.
  • Work with external partners (3rd party development teams, distributors) to creatively craft digital solutions that work for Advanced Energy customers.
  • Work with UI/UX partners to create screen prototypes/wireframes, gather feedback and adjust to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to develop KPIs, monitor performance, analyze user behavior and optimize usage patterns.
  • Understand, collaborate, and drive a scalable business process for key activities (search, navigate, shop, pay, ship) that impact the web experience. These include activities across the product life cycle – specific activities include (but not limited to) selecting products that are a fit for an online experience, working with business unit, sales, and partners to determine price, availability, and define process for fulfillment.
  • Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT), demos, and ensure feedback is incorporated into releases.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results.
  • Effectively communicate and influence all leadership levels of Advanced Energy and its partners.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Environment: Standard office environment, onsite at Corporate HQ.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to develop business requirements and user stories, translating customer and business needs into effective digital solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience building and optimizing digital experiences, preferably in a Product Owner capacity.
  • Experience within the B2B manufacturing ecosystem (manufacturer, distributor, or related environments) preferred; knowledge of B2B customer journeys and distributor relationships is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging industry-standard digital experience platforms, including CMS, PIM, DAM, and related technologies.
  • Experience with product management and Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using web analytics and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to drive adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience leading initiatives through Agile development processes.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a closely related field.

COMPENSATION:

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $115,000 to $155,000 per year.
