* Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
* Experience working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
* Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client's needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
* Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch
* Experience with facilitating stakeholder interviews, creating personas, user journeys, and user observations
* Experience working with the Military

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
