Job description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and cultivate all engagements with existing and new customers. Your role requires building robust relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver optimal products and solutions. You will spearhead the development of sales and growth strategies tailored to key customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's market presence and customer satisfaction in the Midwest by effectively managing accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in industrial or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.
  • Expertise in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and forecast sales.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and closing complex deals.
