Job description

Title: Sr PM/Program Manager

Duration: 6 Mos C2H (candidates who have permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States and who will not require employer sponsorship or employment authorization support at any point during their employment.)

Location: REMOTE (If you have a candidate that is local to or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA, it would be preferred)

Experienced PM/Program Manager to lead the delivery of the Schedule A Analytics Program, a strategic initiative focused on transforming contract data into enterprise-grade intelligence. This role will oversee the end-to-end execution of a cross-functional program that expands analytics capabilities across Legal, Sales, Market Planning, Product Delivery, Consulting, Implementation, and Business Transformation teams.The Program Manager will be responsible for driving delivery of a complex portfolio of data, analytics, AI, and business process enhancements built on Databricks, contract digitization, data normalization, and cross-system integrations. Success requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance discipline, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project/Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the Schedule A Analytics program through completion.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Establish governance structures, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, issues, risks, assumptions, and decisions.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, analytics, product, legal, sales, and operations teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business case objectives and delivered capabilities.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.
  • Proven success managing complex data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees.
  • Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M.

Preferred Experience

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent program/project management certification preferred.
  • Contract analytics, legal technology, document intelligence, or AI/ML initiatives.
  • Databricks, enterprise analytics platforms, or data modernization programs.
  • Salesforce integrations and enterprise data management.
  • Agile, hybrid, or product-based delivery models.
