Create user flows, information architecture diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, and UX documentation.

Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to transform business requirements into meaningful user experiences. Design UX mockups and prototypes using tools such as Figma and Miro. Help define and measure UX success metrics to ensure solutions are delivering value.

Advocate for user-centered design, iterative development, and data-driven decision making across the organization. Stay informed on emerging digital trends and proactively introduce innovative ideas and opportunities. Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement and organizational transformation.

What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in UX analysis, UX design, UX strategy, business analysis, consumer research, marketing, or a related field. Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Agile development environments and project management tools. Understanding of digital design principles, accessibility standards, analytics, and digital ecosystems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
