We've built our reputation on innovation and reliable service, and we're known as the industry's experts.

Position Overview:

Digi Security Systems is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to join our growing Sales team. Digi is a leading provider of integrated physical security and life safety solutions, delivering customized video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and AI-enabled security systems to organizations across the country.

With more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing advanced security systems for organizations such as schools, healthcare providers, government agencies, and enterprise businesses, Digi has built a reputation as a trusted technology partner focused on innovation, reliability, and long-term partnerships.

As Digi continues to expand across Texas, particularly in the Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio markets, we are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on building new relationships, generating pipeline, and closing strategic new business.

This role is focused on identifying and landing new logo customers within high-growth verticals and strategic markets. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a track record of exceeding quota in technology, security, or services-based businesses.

  • Collaborate with Digi's engineering and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer security, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Drive full sales cycle ownership from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM management including pipeline tracking, account strategy, and forecasting.
  • Represent Digi at industry conferences, trade shows, and regional events to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Qualified applicants will have the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success building pipeline and closing new logo enterprise customers.
  • Strong prospecting and territory development skills with the ability to identify and break into strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win new business.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing company where sales leaders take ownership of their territory and revenue goals.
  • Willingness to travel across the Texas region for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Note: Prior experience in the low voltage or physical security industry is helpful but not required. Digi provides strong technical and engineering support to help translate customer needs into security solutions.
