Job description

PeaceHealth is seeking a Dietary Aide - Kitchen for a Per Diem/Relief, 0.00 FTE, Variable position. The general salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $18.92 - $26.03. The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc.
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. There may be more than one opening on this posting.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing diversified duties in the kitchen and the tray line.
Essential Functions
  • Ensure dishware, flatware, pots and pans are clean and sanitized. Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of dish room and carousel.
  • Assists in assembly of patient food trays on tray line.
  • Deliver and retrieves patient food carts to patient floors. Delivers floor stock to patient floors.
  • Stocks small wares in cafeteria server.
  • Checks and records dish machine temperatures in HACCP log.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma Preferred or equivalent

Experience
  • Preferred: Related experience

Credentials
  • Required: Food Handlers Card - Washington

  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills (Required)
