Now Hiring Shop Foreman Council Bluffs, Iowa
Sapp Bros is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our established Council Bluffs Service Center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values safety, teamwork, and delivering 5-Star Service.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead and support Service Writers, Lube Techs, and Diesel Technicians
  • Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Train and mentor technicians to support ongoing development
  • Communicate clearly with customers and the service team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
  • Perform technician duties and assist with service truck operations as needed
