As a Mobile Diesel Technician, you'll operate a fully equipped company service truck, perform on-site repairs and maintenance, and enjoy the freedom to manage your day while supporting commercial fleets throughout your assigned territory.

Most technicians work within a 50–60 mile radius of their home, allowing you to stay local while enjoying the variety that comes with mobile service.

Compensation

$32 - $45+ per hour (based on experience and performance)

What You'll Do

As a Mobile Diesel Technician, you'll work independently from a company-provided service truck performing repairs where our customers need you most.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks

  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

  • Repair engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems

  • Accurately document repairs and completed work

  • Maintain parts inventory and organization of your service truck

  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every job

What We're Looking For

We're looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership of their work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Diesel technician experience (mobile experience is a plus)

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
