Join a Team That Keeps America Moving Are you an experienced Diesel Mechanic looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values your skills. We're seeking a motivated and dependable technician to join our team in Grants Pass, OR, maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy-duty trucks. If you enjoy diagnosing complex mechanical issues, working with modern diagnostic equipment, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and scheduled services. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine performance issues using advanced diagnostic software and tools.

Repair and replace components such as engines, fuel systems, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems. Perform DOT inspections and comprehensive vehicle safety inspections. Test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance.

Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete repairs efficiently.

What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic working on heavy-duty trucks. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment and software.

Solid knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and drive-train components. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Valid driver's license required (CDL is an asset but not required). What's in it for you. $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications
