Are you a skilled professional in mechanical systems who is motivated by keeping a supply chain in motion? Ideally, you bring a purpose-driven approach to your work as a Maintenance Professional to serve as an essential connector for our delivery operations. In this role, you aren't just maintaining and optimizing equipment; you are an essential partner ensuring the safe and efficient transport of critical products.
  • Precision Technical Excellence: Expertly maintain, repair, and overhaul diesel tractors and specialized systems to ensure all equipment meets DOT standards and safety protocols.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Implement creative solutions to ensure smooth equipment flow and translate maintenance reports into impactful service strategies.
  • Collaborative Prevention & Safety: Partner with the team to communicate technical needs clearly while cultivating a "Safety First" environment focused on proactive maintenance.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in highway equipment maintenance
  • Experience with a variety of basic hand, power tools, and equipment.
  • Ideally, you bring your own hand tools.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Class A CDL with HazMat; DOT brake certification

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable in transportation regulations.
  • Digital literacy: Comfort with Google Chrome, TMT, and on-board diagnostic systems.
  • An expert with solid diagnostic experience in ABS and DEF systems who is focused on quality and can contribute effectively in both the office and on the shop floor. Familiarity with maintenance software is a welcomed addition.
  • Familiarity or an interest in cryogenics.
