Diesel Mechanic Manager $2300 w/ OT>+ WEEKLY
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Diesel Mechanic Manager to lead our in-house maintenance shop. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing equipment repairs, shop personnel, parts inventory, and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily shop operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Supervise, train, and support shop mechanics and other maintenance personnel
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
  • Prioritize repairs to minimize downtime and meet operational needs
  • Manage parts ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance costs
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service logs
  • Coordinate equipment availability with operations teams
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards while maintaining a safe, organized shop environment
