DIESEL MECHANIC SHOP MANAGER WANTED – PERRIS, CA

Now Hiring: Diesel Mechanic Shop Manager
Location: Perris, California

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Diesel Mechanic Shop Manager to lead our shop operations and perform hands-on diesel repairs. We provide the shop, tools, and equipment needed for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shop operations, workflow, and repair schedules

  • Supervise and support mechanics and shop personnel

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and truck systems

  • Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections

  • Repair brakes, suspension, electrical, cooling, and fuel systems

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

  • Prioritize jobs and ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate service, repair, and maintenance records

  • Monitor tools, parts, supplies, and equipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment

  • Communicate repair updates and recommendations clearly
