Job description

Industrial Injection is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative โ€“ Diesel Truck Parts to join our light-duty sales team. This position helps customers with diesel truck parts, performance products, fuel system components, turbochargers, injectors, pumps, and related products.

This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning technical products, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. Prior diesel, automotive, parts, or inside sales experience is helpful, but we are also open to a strong customer service or sales candidate who is willing to learn the diesel performance industry.

Industrial Injection was founded in 1985 and is a family-owned company that manufactures and supplies industry-leading diesel parts, including turbochargers, injectors, injection pumps, and related products.


What You'll Do
  • Assist customers by phone, email, online inquiry, and front-counter interaction.
  • Help customers find the right diesel truck parts, performance products, fuel system components, turbochargers, injectors, pumps, and related products.
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers on pricing, availability, shipping, and order status.
  • Maintain accurate notes, quotes, orders, sales activity, and follow-up records.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of current vendor lines, product offerings, and company sales processes.
  • Help resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow company policies related to returns, warranties, core credits, and customer account handling.
  • Support front-counter customers, phone coverage, and general department needs.
  • Work with sales, warehouse, production, shipping, and management teams to support customer needs.

Work Environment

The position may require sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting or moving parts or materials. Employees must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE when entering shop, warehouse, production, or other designated work areas.
