We are currently accepting applications for a Diesel Truck/Trailer/Equipment Mechanic to join our dedicated and safety-focused team in Avon, NY. This is a Full-Time second shift position with excellent benefits and growth potential. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic and desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:

·      Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and medium sized equipment. 
·      Inspect and maintain critical systems including brakes, steering mechanisms, and wheel bearings
·      Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, battery checks and lubrications
·      Follow proper safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
·      Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company and OSHA Safety standards
·      Work in a High-Energy environment with exposure to Noise, Dirt, and Debris
·      Engage in physical tasks including Lifting, Bending, Reaching, Climbing, and More
 

What We Are Looking For:

·      General mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools, machines and their maintenance
·      Ability to follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team
·      Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced shop environment
