You know diesel. You know how to diagnose the problem, repair it correctly and get the truck back to work.

At STARLING Ford, we’re looking for an experienced Diesel Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands the demands of Ford Super Duty vehicles and wants more than just another job.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a dealership that values experience, supports professional growth and recognizes the people who keep our customers moving.

THIS IS MORE THAN A TECHNICIAN POSITION

Many dealerships talk about opportunity.

At STARLING Ford, we want to create a clear, ongoing career path for technicians who are ready to grow.

Whether your goal is to become a Ford-certified diesel specialist, advance toward Master Technician status, mentor other technicians, move into a lead technician role or eventually pursue shop leadership, we’ll support your development with training, resources and opportunities to advance.

Your next step should not be a dead end. It should be the beginning of something bigger.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an experienced Diesel Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair and maintain Ford diesel vehicles while delivering the quality and professionalism our customers expect.

  • A consistent flow of diesel and heavy-duty repair work
  • A Ford dealership environment with access to factory technical resources
  • Modern diagnostic equipment and shop resources
  • Ongoing Ford factory training and certification opportunities
  • A defined career path with opportunities for advancement
  • Experienced leadership that understands the technician business
  • A professional team environment where technicians are treated with respect
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Employee discounts and dealership benefits
  • A clean, organized and professional shop
  • Opportunities to mentor, specialize and move into leadership
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN:
  • Ford Power Stroke Diesel
  • Super Duty
  • F-Series
  • Engine Diagnostics
  • Fuel Systems
  • Turbochargers
  • Emissions Systems
  • Electrical Diagnostics
  • Drivability
  • Transmissions
  • Diesel Performance
  • Warranty Repairs

Ford certifications are a plus, but we’re most interested in your real‑world experience, diagnostic ability, work ethic and commitment to doing the job right the first time.

You may be a strong fit if you are:
  • An experienced diesel technician
  • A Ford or Power Stroke specialist
  • A heavy-duty technician ready to transition into a Ford dealership
  • A technician who enjoys solving difficult diagnostic problems
  • A professional who wants a long-term career path
  • Someone who takes pride in quality work and customer safety
YOUR CAREER SHOULD KEEP MOVING FORWARD

WHY MAKE YOUR NEXT MOVE TO STARLING FORD?
