About the Role

At RWC Group, we're looking for skilled Mid-Level Diesel Technicians who are ready to expand their diagnostic abilities, perform increasingly complex repairs, and continue developing into top-performing diesel professionals. You'll work on industry-leading commercial trucks and buses alongside experienced technicians while receiving ongoing OEM training and career development.
This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who are ready to move beyond preventative maintenance and routine repairs and take the next step toward becoming a Journeyman Technician.
What You'll Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and general mechanical repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, HVAC, fuel, and drivetrain systems.
  • Utilize OEM diagnostic software and electronic service information.
  • Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
  • Perform operational checks and road tests when authorized.
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings with Service Advisors and customers.
  • Assist Apprentice Technicians while continuing to develop your own technical expertise.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has 2-5 years of diesel, heavy truck, automotive, or heavy equipment repair experience.
  • Can independently perform preventative maintenance and most routine repairs.
  • Has strong mechanical aptitude and developing diagnostic skills.
  • Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Has a valid driver's license (CDL is a plus or willingness to obtain).
  • ASE certifications and OEM training are a plus-but we're committed to helping you continue your professional development.
