BC/BE Requirements: BC - Psychiatry
Length Of Assignment: Permanent
Facility Type: County Hospital/Psych inpatient unit
Patient Volume: 136 beds, 16 Adolescent, 28 LCA, almost 90 ish beds adult – 4 inpatient teams
Call Requirements: rotating weekend call/rounding – approx 1:8 currently
Specialty Requested: Psychiatry
Size of Hospital/Facility: JPS is the county hospital for Tarrant County, only level 1 trauma center and psych emergency center. 136 bed inpatient unit psych facility, including offsite LCA that is a couple of blocks North.
Reason for Coverage Need: Resignation
Start Date: ASAP (90 days credentialing)
Minimum Length Accepted: Permanent
Schedule: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
Patient Age Range: Adolescent/Adult – there is a C/A Psychiatrist on staff as well.
Responsibilities: Medical Director responsibilities. 60% clinical, 20% administrative, 20% academic time. supervise APP and other inpatient attending (up to 5 providers
