We are looking for an energetic, results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. If you enjoy finding top talent, building relationships, and closing candidates, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit IT professionals using job boards and other platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Match qualified candidates to client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Meet recruiting goals and turnaround times.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of IT recruiting experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
