Job description

Java Developer (Full Stack)

Location: Trenton, NJ (Hybrid/Onsite as required)
Duration: 08 months
Interview Type: Both Web Cam and In Person

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and support web applications. The ideal candidate can quickly understand business requirements, work independently with minimal oversight, and deliver high-quality solutions across UI, middle tier, and database layers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Build responsive UI using Bootstrap and jQuery
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Spring Framework
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
  • Perform unit testing and debugging
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities
  • Follow development standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience with Java (8, 11, or higher)
  • 6+ years of experience with SQL
  • 6+ years of experience with JavaScript and CSS
  • 5+ years of experience with Bootstrap (4/5+)
  • 5+ years of experience with Spring Framework (MVC)
  • 5+ years of experience with JPA (Java Persistence API)
  • Strong full-stack web application development experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with jQuery
  • Experience using Eclipse IDE
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat / TomEE
  • Experience with AWS Cloud tools (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline)
  • Experience with JUnit and Selenium
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Exposure to Python
