  • Create, schedule and manage schedules for multiple entities
  • Coordinate resources, facilities and materials as needed per training session
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and tasks.
  • process expense reports on a bi-weekly schedule
  • Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management and ability to work on different tasks simultaneously
