A day in the life.

As our Investment Service Coordinator on the Individual Solutions team, you'll be the person who keeps client meeting follow-up and account processing moving from start to finish. You'll coordinate documentation, stay aligned with compliance requirements, and make sure clients and internal partners have what they need, when they need it. You will prepare and process client paperwork for account openings (Individual, IRA, 529), transfers, conversions, beneficiary updates, withdrawals, investments, managed accounts, distributions, wire transfers, and financial plans. You will also manage legal and administrative documentation tied to trusts, POA/estates, name changes, broker/dealer changes, and business reassignments. You will forward documents to the appropriate departments for review/approval, then follow up through completion; confirm account establishment, verify account numbers, and track asset transfers until everything is complete, while maintaining files in line with Compliance Policy & Procedures, including audit records, client documentation, and required logs (checks, gifts, financial planning, new accounts), annual reviews, memos, renewals, trade corrections, rep splits, system access, and NIGO tracking. You'll proactively communicate with clients on qualified charitable distributions (QCDs), required minimum distributions (RMDs), and other annual distributions, including sending tax documents based on the team service tier model. You will process trades for clients, set up and process DWAC/DTC delivery of securities, obtain transfer agent documentation as needed, and confirm transfer/receipt of assets.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of client service experience within wealth management, private banking, personal trust, or a similar environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting where priorities can shift and timelines matter
  • Series 6 license (or the desire to pursue and the ability to obtain)
  • Strong grasp of account types and security types, including equities and bonds
  • Extremely strong organization and attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort handling sensitive information with care and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with trust account systems and commonly used wealth platforms, such as Streetscape, DST Vision, Black Diamond, Salesforce, Schwab Advisor Center, and other mutual fund/managed account sites
