Work Environment

This remote position offers flexibility within a supportive framework designed for mental health professionals. Your work schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential for flexibility based on patient demands. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique situation and develop personalized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to address specific client needs effectively.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to refine therapeutic techniques and enhance the quality of care delivered.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge surrounding mental health conditions and community support systems.
• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field through continuous professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will encompass a broad spectrum of individuals, including those facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. By employing a variety of therapeutic approaches, you will guide clients through their mental health journeys and support them in achieving their personal recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• Understanding of solution-oriented therapy techniques with the ability to adapt approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex clinical situations in a client-centered manner.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
