• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to create customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions while employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address diverse mental health issues.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of a client's care are coordinated and holistic.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, using our integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to remain current with mental health research and best practices.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is essential.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health counseling.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience working within interdisciplinary healthcare teams is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EMR software and digital communication tools for telehealth services.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a remote telehealth setting is a significant advantage, highlighting your adaptability to technology-enabled counseling.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
