Description
Stuller's Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing innovative strategies connecting with customers and elevating their business potential. The Diamond and Gemstone service team is focused on delivering personalized solutions, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of Stuller's offerings
The Diamond & Gemstone Service Specialist is responsible for taking inbound sales calls and handling order inquiries for the Diamond & Gemstone department. This self-starting, motivated individual will build programs and pricing, offer personalized service to foster strong business relationships, and consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ongoing training will support the development of technical knowledge in diamond and gemstone characteristics, terminology, screening, reporting, and Stuller's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily outbound calling to customers for updates and invoicing of stones that are out for product review
  • Receiving customer orders via phone, email, and chat then processing those orders via order entry systems (Oracle and Stuller.com)
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to fulfill customer requests and requirements
  • Taking inbound customer sales calls when call volume is high or support is needed
  • Suggestive selling additional large stone options for customer needs
  • Complete GIA courses to enhance knowledge and expertise
Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new learnings or directions
  • Professional and vibrant personality with the ability to connect with customers
  • Basic math skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
