Brilliance.com | Boynton Beach, FL | $25–$30/hr (DOE, negotiable for top talent)
Are you a skilled diamond or gem setter who takes real pride in your bench work? Brilliance.com is hiring — and we want to talk to you.
We're a busy, growing shop with steady, consistent volume, and we're looking for a setter who delivers clean, precise work and holds a high standard every time. If you know your craft and care about doing it right, you'll fit right in.

Compensation & Details:
  • Pay: $25–$30/hour, based on experience.
  • Top performers: We're open to a higher, competitive rate for highly experienced setters based on bench test results.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift.
  • Benefits: 401(k), health & dental insurance, employee discounts, paid time off, bonus opportunities.
  • Location: On-site in Boynton Beach, FL.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Setting diamonds and gemstones — prong, pavé, channel, and more — with precision and consistency.
  • Stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing.
  • Polishing and finishing to production standards.
  • Working with gold, platinum, and other precious metals.
  • Keeping quality control tight so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong, hands-on diamond/gem setting experience (not entry-level).
  • Comfortable and confident working under a microscope with tight tolerances.
  • A steady hand and a detail-first mindset.
  • Ability to balance quality with production timelines.
  • Reliable, professional, and a good fit for a team bench environment.

Why Brilliance.com?
  • Steady work and consistent production volume.
  • 35+ years in business — an established, trusted name.
  • Work alongside experienced jewelers in a clean, organized shop.
  • 3,000+ five-star reviews back our reputation.

Know what good bench work looks like? We want to hear from you — apply today.
