About the Company


Diamond National Realty (DNR) is standardizing its operating processes and building out a company training platform.



About the Role


This role delivers that training in person to the property teams. It owns onboarding training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff across the portfolio, and is accountable for whether the teams can actually do the work.



Responsibilities


  • Own onboarding training. Train every new hire before they start at their property, not after. Deliver it in a focused setting two to three days ahead of their first day on site.
  • Run ongoing training. Individual sessions, group sessions, and refreshers for existing staff. The whole team needs to get through the material, not just new hires.
  • Build the annual training calendar. A rolling program across the year covering property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance supervisors, the way a professional management company runs it.
  • Translate process into teaching. Work with the Processes team to turn written SOPs and platform courses into training people can absorb and use.
  • Train on our systems. AppFolio, the CRM, the training platform, and the daily reporting that property teams are measured on.
  • Verify completion. Track who has finished which modules, chase what is outstanding, and confirm the training actually changed how the work gets done.
  • Coach in the field. Observe on site, correct in the moment, and flag skill gaps at the manager level to operations and HR.



Qualifications


  • Demonstrated ability to teach adults and get real behavior change, from any setting including classroom teaching, corporate training, or field supervision.
  • Multifamily property management experience strongly preferred, ideally across leasing, management, and maintenance.
  • Based in the Atlanta metro area with the ability to be on properties regularly.
  • Organized enough to run a training calendar and hold people to it without being chased.
  • Spanish is an advantage for training maintenance staff.
