Job description

Turn Smiles Into Sales — Join Diamond Braces as a Sales Consultant
Who We Are

At Diamond Braces, we don’t just straighten teeth—we change lives. We’re one of the fastest-growing orthodontic organizations in the country, offering affordable care with an unmatched patient experience.

We’re building a team of energetic, motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-facing roles and want real career growth. If you have a magnetic personality, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people, you’ll fit right in.

What This Role Really Is

This is a high-energy, sales-driven role with operational responsibilities—not a traditional front desk position.

You’ll be the first impression and the closer, guiding patients through their consultation while keeping the office vibe vibrant and smooth. You’ll use your personality, confidence, and natural communication skills to:

  • Build Trust Instantly: Read the room, connect with diverse personalities, and practice active listening to understand exactly what the patient needs.
  • Navigate Objections with Grace: Use your emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to turn hesitation into enthusiasm.
  • Articulate Value: Clearly and confidently explain pricing, overcoming the fear of "talking money."
  • Close the Deal: Help patients make a confident decision to move forward with treatment.

No dental experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, adaptability, and hunger to learn, our world-class training program will teach you the rest.

What to Expect Day-to-Day

This role is primarily focused on patient consultations and sales, but it also requires excellent time management and collaboration to keep the front desk and office flow running seamlessly.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Room: Welcome and connect with patients the moment they walk in, bringing infectious positive energy.

  • Drive the Consultation: Lead consultations and explain treatment benefits clearly, tailoring your approach to each unique patient.

  • Present Pricing Confidently: Present financial and payment options with transparency and conviction.

  • Overcome Hurdles: Handle objections with resilience and empathy, helping patients feel comfortable saying YES.

  • Manage the Flow: Maintain organized scheduling, showing agility when the day gets fast-paced.

  • Partner for Success: Practice excellent teamwork, collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff to deliver a seamless experience.

Who You Are

  • An Expert Communicator: You love talking to people, possess high empathy, and can read body language like a book.

  • A Natural Closer: You’re confident discussing money, motivated by goals/bonuses, and have a healthy competitive spirit.

  • Resilient & Positive: Rejection doesn't faze you; you maintain an optimistic, solutions-oriented mindset all day.

  • Highly Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when plans change.

  • An Accountable Team Player: You take pride in your work, possess strong organizational skills, and show up for your team.

  • Experienced in Service/Sales: You’ve worked in retail, hospitality, fitness sales, or similar customer-facing roles where personality is everything.

  • Career-Driven: You want more than just a paycheck—you want a clear path to leadership.

What You Get

  • Pay starting at $19 - $23/hour + performance-based bonus potential

  • Full benefits (health, dental, vision)

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid time off + holidays

  • Comprehensive training and professional development

  • A Clear Path to Leadership: We recognize top performers and promote from within quickly.

Schedule

  • Full-time role
  • Evenings + some Saturdays required (flexibility is a must!)

Why This Role Stands Out

  • You’re not stuck behind a desk or answering phones all day.
  • You’re driving revenue and making a tangible, life-changing impact on patients.
  • You’re mastering high-level sales and interpersonal skills that will serve you for the rest of your career.
