Dialysis RNs have responsibilities that include monitoring patients during dialysis, administering medications, and educating patients about their treatment. These bonuses are often offered in areas with high demand for nurses or to fill urgent staffing needs. The sign-on bonus may be paid out in a lump sum or over a specified period, depending on the employer’s policy.
