What is a Dialysis Contract?

A Dialysis Contract is a formal agreement between a healthcare provider, such as a dialysis center or hospital, and another party—often an insurance company, government agency, or another healthcare facility—regarding the provision and payment terms for dialysis services. These contracts outline the scope of services, reimbursement rates, compliance requirements, and responsibilities of each party.
