Job description

We are looking for a Senior Google Dialogflow CX / CCAI Architect with 5+ years of experience in Conversational AI, Contact Center, IVR, and Google Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise with Google Dialogflow CX, along with experience in Google CCAI/CCaaS, Gemini/Generative AI, Vertex AI, RAG, and telephony integrations.

The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise Conversational AI solutions, integrating contact center and telephony platforms, developing AI-powered customer experiences, and working directly with clients and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in Conversational AI, Contact Center, IVR, Google Cloud, Solution Architecture, or related technologies.
  • Expert hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, including conversation flows, intents, entities, fulfillment, webhooks, integrations, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and implement Google CCAI/CCaaS and Conversational AI solutions, integrating IVR, contact center workflows, and enterprise applications.
  • Work with Gemini/Generative AI, Vertex AI Search & Conversation, and RAG to build intelligent, knowledge-grounded conversational experiences.
  • Develop custom integrations using Python/JavaScript and work with SIP, RTP, WebRTC, APIs, and telephony technologies.
  • Provide solution architecture and client-facing consulting, including requirements gathering, technical design, architecture discussions, POCs, demonstrations, and recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize conversational flows, integrations, voice experiences, performance, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, and contact center teams to deliver scalable and secure Conversational AI solutions.
