Position: Student Transportation Driver
Type: Independent Contracting Job

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a 4-door vehicle.
  • A driver's vehicle can be no more than 15 years old.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Must pass a 12-panel drug test.
  • Must have valid insurance.
  • Must have valid registration.
  • Must pass a vehicle inspection.
  • Must have no more than 3 points on their driving record.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Each driver will receive at least 2 rides per day. One morning ride (picking students up from school) and one afternoon ride (dropping students off at home).
  • Drivers will transport up to 3 students at a time.
  • Each driver will pick up the same student(s) in the morning and drop the same student(s) off in the afternoon.
  • Morning pick-up times range between 6 AM and 9:30 AM. Afternoon pick-up times range from 1PM- 4PM.
  • The driver is responsible for transporting his/her passengers safely and in a timely manner by following our policies and procedures.

Compensation:

As a Student Transportation Driver at FAMCO Logistics, you will be paid $28 per ride, you can easily make $100+ depending on the number of routes worked.
