  • Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key audiences, including clinicians, lab directors, health systems, and payers
  • Help shape and develop a new diagnostic category by identifying unmet needs, adoption barriers, and opportunities to accelerate market awareness and acceptance
  • Conduct and synthesize market insights to inform strategic decision-making, including competitive landscape, unmet needs, and adoption drivers
  • Ensure alignment between LucentDx product strategy and broader Quanterix corporate and platform messaging where appropriate
  • Partner closely with commercial leadership to align marketing strategy with go-to-market priorities and early customer engagement efforts

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, and R&D teams across LucentDx and Quanterix to translate clinical evidence into compelling marketing narratives
  • Create and oversee development of clinical marketing materials, including scientific messaging, educational resources, and presentation content
  • Support key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, advisory boards, and thought leadership initiatives that advance clinical credibility and category adoption
  • Lead initiatives to drive early testing adoption, accelerate clinical uptake, and activate target markets prior to full commercialization

Payer & Market Access Marketing
  • Partner with Market Access and Reimbursement teams to develop payer-focused value propositions and economic messaging
  • Help shape reimbursement strategy by providing marketing perspective on coverage, coding, and payment considerations
  • Develop payer marketing materials such as value dossiers, budget impact tools, and executive summaries tailored to health plans and integrated delivery networks
  • Support market development initiatives that reinforce economic value and facilitate early coverage and adoption

Launch Readiness & Commercial Enablement
  • Contribute to launch planning and cross-functional commercialization efforts, including pricing, reimbursement, demand generation, and sales enablement
  • Partner with commercial leadership to support early customer adoption strategies, pilot programs, and initial market penetration

  • Develop marketing playbooks, training materials, and resources for sales and customer-facing teams
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Corporate Marketing across Lucent Diagnostics and Quanterix to ensure aligned messaging and execution

Brand, Demand Generation & Thought Leadership
  • Establish and steward the Lucent diagnostic product brand in alignment with the Quanterix corporate brand and platform narrative
  • Own development of integrated marketing programs spanning brand strategy, demand generation, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Drive market awareness through scientific communication, digital engagement, conference strategy, and educational campaigns
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across marketing channels and customer touchpoints while building long-term brand credibility in a developing market category
