Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join team in WI just east of Duluth, MN.
Position Details:

  • Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team.
  • OB for this position is optional
  • Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to Hospital
  • Weekend clinic call is 1:9 and weeknight call 1:9.
  • Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM, and NP/PA s - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
  • Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth
  • Nurse-on-line triage 24/7
  • EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
  • Admit to a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to the Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
  • Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers
  • Physician led, professionally managed organization with great team environment
  • Competitive Salary and Benefit Package including malpractice and tail coverage
  • Minimum 6-weeks time off per year
