Job description

  • Lead workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service organization
  • Lead a team in developing strategic human capital plans
  • Foster revised hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development processes
  • Lead implementation of strategic human capital plans
  • Lead and direct stakeholder analyses, including stakeholder segmentation, personas, and journey maps
  • Lead and direct analysis of human-capital-related data and derive critical insights
  • Develop metrics to evaluate strategic human capital and growth plan effectiveness
  • Prepare for and lead internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings
  • Provide direction and technical assistance to a team of at least 5 on problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex solutions
  • Manage multiple concurrent assignments while directing team work and ensuring technical accuracy, standards adherence, and timely delivery
  • Prepare briefing materials and concise summaries of assessments, evaluations, and plans
  • Communicate program status and progress to senior leaders
Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
  • Must obtain approved adjudication of Public Trust prior to onboarding
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 or more years of relevant experience leading strategic human capital transformation and implementation solutions and directing the work of a team
  • At least 5 or more years of management consulting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Experience consulting for the DHS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of business
  • Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
  • Experience working in DHS
  • Ability to lead and direct teams of at least 5
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and ensure technical accuracy, standards adherence, and timely delivery
