Job description

Description:

We are looking for an individual to join our dynamic and growing company.

Perform routes for pickups and deliveries of customer equipment. General office duties include the ability to assist with customers, work order status, data entry, and general shipping/receiving tasks.


Responsibility and Duties:

· Phone skills

· Data entry skills

· Follow up with customer requests

· Coordinate pickups and deliveries with the customer

· FedEx / UPS Worldwide / DHL knowledge

· Computer Skills

Requirements:

Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. Prefer the shipping/receiving experience. Attention to detail, documentation skills, follow through with open work orders, and customer follow-ups. Excellent communication and phone etiquette are a must. Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Packaging of fragile and sensitive items for shipping purposes, both small packages and palletizing for freight
  • Use of common carrier shipping software
  • Data Entry
