Job description

ABOUT CHANGING LIVES PRODUCTIONS:
Changing Lives Productions is the in-house video production company of Dhar Mann Studios, the #1 creator of scripted positive content online. With over 163 million followers and 45+ billion views across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, our videos receive more than 1 billion views each month.
We produce several hours of original content weekly with messages of compassion, kindness, and altruism that resonate with viewers of all ages. Our founding principle is simple but ambitious: We're not just telling stories. We're changing lives.
Launched in Fall 2025, Dhar Mann Studios' Brand Partnerships division has seen an explosive rise, executing industry-shaping work for The NFL, Adobe, Netflix, and GAP. From managing a billion-person reach for Adobe to breaking engagement records for the NFL, we have established ourselves as the premier destination for high-impact storytelling.
BIG PICTURE:
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Client Services to own the lifecycle from qualified opportunity through campaign delivery, reporting, renewal, and expansion. While the CRO owns relationships, deal creation, major negotiation, and closing momentum, you'll own commercial delivery.
DMS has proven it can attract major brands. Now we need to prove we can deliver for them at a world-class level. As the branded business scales, we need someone who can own the critical middle of the business: the handoff from sales to execution, the client experience during delivery, and the path from first campaign to renewal. You will be the person making sure opportunities do not stall, campaigns do not drift, clients do not feel neglected, and renewals are not left to chance.
Your job is to make sure every qualified brand opportunity is advanced with discipline, scoped clearly, delivered with excellence, and turned into long-term client value. This is not a passive account-management role. This is an ownership role for someone who can expand the client relationship, deliver margin for the business, and make sure every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
  • Own the lifecycle from qualified opportunity through campaign delivery, reporting, renewal, and expansion. You make sure it moves forward with clear next steps, internal ownership, client alignment, and execution discipline.
  • Manage proposal readiness, scope clarity, internal approvals, timeline feasibility, client follow-ups, and deal momentum.
  • Own the client experience once an opportunity becomes active. You will manage client expectations, lead key communications, surface risks early, and make sure brand and agency partners feel DMS is buttoned-up, responsive, and capable of delivering at the highest level.
  • Partner with Production, Creative, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Talent, and Leadership to ensure every branded campaign is feasible, profitable, brand-safe, and executable. You will oversee campaign handoffs, kickoffs, timelines, deliverables, client updates, escalations, and overall campaign health.
  • Own the post-campaign process in partnership with Analytics and the CRO. You will ensure clients receive clear reporting, useful insights, and a strong performance story that creates the next opportunity. Your goal is not just a satisfied client. Your goal is a client who renews, expands, and sees DMS as a long-term partner.
  • Build repeatable systems for handoffs, kickoffs, client communication, project tracking, reporting, renewals, and escalation.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • Qualified opportunities move forward with clear ownership and urgency.
  • Client expectations are clear before work begins.
  • Campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal scope creep.
  • Internal teams understand what was sold and what must be delivered.
  • Clients feel informed, confident, and professionally managed.
  • Reporting is timely, clear, and commercially useful.
  • Brand partners renew, expand, and refer new opportunities.
  • Delivery risks are surfaced early and solved quickly.
  • The branded business becomes more repeatable, scalable, and trusted.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
  • 7+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Partnerships, Commercial Delivery, Branded Content, Media, Agency, Creator, or Entertainment businesses.
  • Proven ability to manage senior brand and agency stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of branded content, campaign delivery, client expectations, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and judgment.
  • Ability to partner closely with Sales, Production, Creative, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Talent, and Leadership.
  • Strong commercial instincts around scope, margin, timelines, client trust, and renewal opportunities.
  • High accountability and a "fixer" mindset when things get messy.
  • Ability to operate quickly without losing details.
  • Strong CRM, project tracking, and reporting discipline.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:
Chief Revenue Officer.
WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:
All the action takes place at our brand-new studio in Burbank, CA.
WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:
The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, full-time.
