Job description

Job Summary:
Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading firm dedicated to technology and consulting solutions. They are seeking an Application Systems Engineer to architect, deploy, and operate complex system environments, focusing on critical administration of C2 systems and advanced application tools while mentoring future data architects.
Responsibilities:
• Provide critical administration on C2 systems such as GCCS as well as advanced application tools like Kernos and Maven Smart Systems.
• Assist in building a modern DevOps and DevSecOps environments and processes to optimize a data centric environment and delivery of decision quality outputs while maintaining rigorous cyber security requirements.
• Mentor the next set of admin and developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s data architects.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience application delivery
• Experience with Palantir or Maven
• Experience with Kernos
• Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps delivery
• Experience leading application development teams and projects
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
Preferred:
• Experience with legacy C2 systems, such as GCCS, TBMCS, AFTADS, or Agile
• Experience with Anduril Lattice
• Experience in Agile software delivery practices
• Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems
• Bachelor's degree in an IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field
