The Opportunity

As a US Tech, Forensic Technology Operations Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure within our Business Services practice. You will be instrumental in implementing site reliability engineering principles to optimize operations and support the seamless functioning of our internal systems. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex situations, build meaningful relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipate the needs of stakeholders, and deliver quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and fostering personal growth.

In this role at PwC, you will collaborate within our Core DevSecOps Engineering network, utilizing a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate innovative ideas and solve problems. Your contributions will be integral to maintaining professional and technical standards, interpreting data to inform insights, and guiding others in their development. This opportunity allows you to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Managing infrastructure reliability and performance to support business services
- Implementing site reliability engineering practices to enhance system stability and scalability
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and maintain operational processes
- Utilizing DevSecOps methodologies to streamline deployment and improve security measures
- Monitoring system health and proactively addressing potential issues to minimize downtime
- Developing automation scripts to optimize infrastructure management and reduce manual intervention

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics
- Supporting eDiscovery applications such as Relativity and Nuix along with supporting cloud and infrastructure operations across Microsoft Azure, Windows and Linux environments, SQL Server, application monitoring, PowerShell automation, and complex enterprise troubleshooting
- Applying vulnerability remediation and ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management practices while coordinating third-party vendors and maintaining technical documentation in Confluence and Microsoft 365/SharePoint
- Navigating complex infrastructure challenges in site reliability engineering
- Developing solutions within internal business services projects
- Building meaningful stakeholder connections and anticipating needs
- Utilizing DevSecOps methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding project deliverables

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
