MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer related/Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• Five (5) years of experience in a System Analyst, Business System Analyst role
• Three (3) years of experience using Agile Tools (Jira, Azure Devops or equivalent)
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation and process analysis
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering workflows
• Experience supporting ERP integrations and data interfaces
• Strong verbal communication skills to present information after groups, departments, and management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts and perform system, functional and integration testing
• Provide MIS Management and Project Management with rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates and clear status for system analysis / testing activities
• Develop process documentation, user guides and standard operational procedures
• Collaborate with the software / data engineering and business analysis teams to design new solutions and ensure quick resolution of bugs identified during testing
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
• Validate and assist with the review of other system analysts' deliverables
• Mentor more junior resources in system analysis / testing best practices

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to work at desk and computer for a significant portion of the day (minimum of 6 hours).

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Familiarity with ERP systems, DevOps, SQL or data analysis tools and API integrations
• SAP ERP; Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Engineering Change Management
• Experience in aerospace and/or industrial manufacturing

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $95k to $110k per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
