Job Summary:

The DevOps Manager will lead core technical platforms and systems, ensuring seamless operations for hospitality products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including after-hours support when necessary.
• Enforce live site policies, ensuring adherence to security standards and best practices.
• Implement and support DevSecOps tools and processes.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing use of cloud infrastructure solutions primarily on Azure.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other IT team members.

Qualifications:
