Job Summary:
The Infrastructure & Ops Lead is responsible for overseeing the ecommerce organization's IT infrastructure and operations. They work to ensure that IT systems and networks are well-maintained, secure, and available. The Infrastructure & Ops Lead often manages teams that handle tasks such as server administration, network management, system security, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the organization's IT infrastructure to support business objectives
  • Oversee the maintenance and configuration of servers, network devices, and data centers to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and services, including public and private cloud solutions, to support scalability and cost-efficiency
  • Lead and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure the organization's ability to recover from IT disasters and maintain business continuity
  • Monitor and forecast infrastructure capacity needs to accommodate growth and changing demands
