TSMC Design Technology Canada (TDTC), a wholly owned subsidiary of TSMC, is in the High-Tech area of Ottawa, Ontario. (Kanata, Silicon Valley North). TDTC is focused on the design and research of deep sub-micron circuits to better serve and support the manufacturing needs of our foundry customers and 3rd part vendors.

Pay Transparency Statement 

At the time of this posting, this role typically pays an hourly rate between $34.00 and $38.00 per hour. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
